If Nanta is away for more than 4 hours without any notice, you are entilted to get compensasion. Refund only allowed if Nanta do mistakes during the session.
If client is missing in action for more than 4 hours without notice, the session will automatically terminated.
Re-schedule is allowed as long as both parties agreed. It can be discuss through my manager.
Payment will be done through QRIS. Any further information can be inquiried through my manager.
